This is a big day for Edda Wind! Today I’ve had the honor of representing Edda Wind in Oslo as the Company is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
This is an important milestone for our Company. When Østensjø Rederi first launched the concept of what would become Edda Wind, the industry was ready for a fundamental shift. Using the background and experience from gangway operations in the Accommodation segment, they created experts on Service Operation Vessels for the offshore wind industry. And ever since, we have focused on working closely with our clients and partners to ensure delivery of high quality and to be at the forefront of technology innovation.
I want to especially thank Østensjø Rederi and Wilhelmsen along with all staff onboard and ashore and all external parties for believing in Edda Wind’s potential and for contributing to making Edda Wind what it is today. This milestone is just the beginning, and we are excited about the journey ahead.
